"Good Effort, but Could Use a Little More Attention to Detail"

I had such a great experience with the receptionist and the housekeeping staff, they were so friendly and accommodating! If I ever come back to Bohol, this is definitely where I’d want to stay again!

I wasn’t too happy with the ripped duvet cover they gave us to use, it was torn on the side, and even after they cleaned the room and changed the bedding, the new cover was also ripped. It would’ve been nice if they’d swapped it out for one in better shape. You’re already putting in the effort, so why not go the extra mile, right? Also, the manager could’ve smiled or at least acknowledged me when I was right in front of her. No big deal, but a smile never hurts!

Everything was great. Newly renovated spacious apartments with everything required and nice pool. Thanks to the staff we got everything we need, including laundry and bike rental

"Angeles hotel"

It is relativly new hotel with big rooms, big balkony. Pool is long and we liked it very much. Internet is super. Router is in the room. 5min to centre of town with bike or car.

Bed making noise, every move you make there is a sound.
