The staff are very helpful and tried they best to help us in every request we made The room is ok, and look like exactly what you see in the pictures

The pressure of the water on the shower and unless that you ask , they don't change towels or fix the room Btw here is a tip , don't ask to them to find you a transportation, it's very expensive, around 200 pesos to go to Alona beach instead get out of the hotel go to the street and wait a tuk-tuk the price goes down from 50-100 pesos

The staffs are very accomodating and quick to act on any issues with the unit. The accomodation is very clean.

Our unit had lots of ants. We didn't bother reporting the ants because we thought it is going to away after we cleaned the ant trail but the ants came back the following day. We only had a two night stay. The soap dispenser kept on coming off the wall. The tvs in our unit were not functional. We reported it to the staffs and they immediately attended to it.

Everything exceeded my expectations, from the staff to the front desk to housekeeping . It was truly a great experience . The pool was clean and well maintained. The location perfect. I will stay here again..I stayed 6 weeks!!!

Lots of room, nice pool, TV that worked well, the staff were so nice

It had a swimming pool and I saw you couldn’t rent motorcycles or a car for one day two days three days and the staff was very helpful in that way
