"Overall a nice apartment and a good place to stay if you don't mind the noise outside."

The location was very good, just a short walk into Ambleside.

The location posed a few issues. Being directly across the road from the BP filling station was convenient when needing to get supplies, however the noise through the night was at times too much. Often loud motorbikes revving their engines felt like they were in the room with you, especially for the person sleeping in the front room. The location is ideal but it can also be noisy.
