Waiheke Island Resort Conference & Accomodation Centre

Location is brilliant, stunning view of the water across the other side, loved the service -all the staff we encountered were helpful and welcoming. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. We had breakfast -yum and decent, they have the best hot chocolates lol.

Gorgeous views, very nice rooms & beds, great value

Le cadre était magnifique, nous étions une dizaine d'amis. Le Condo était géniale, l'emplacement aussi par rapport aux autres chambres, accessible et près de tout. Magnifique paysage.

Je ne savais pas que les chambres étaient situés en pente. Donc c'était pas facile pour certains de mes amis. Et les équipements en chambre pas d'instructions sur le fonctionnement, et le siphon de douche n'évacuer pas bien.

Staff are excellent.

Run down facilities. Broken bin lids, broken electrical fitting hanging over spa pool. Spa pool pump barely works, no bubbles or jets. Blown lightbulbs. No main/primary light over the dining table or in kitchenette. Lots of cheap mdf swollen with moisture. Tons of dust and feathers under bed and someone's old knickers under bed. Coat and towel hooks missing in pool changing rooms. Restaurant food, pasta was excellent, lamb was tough and heaps of fat. Beetroot humus was flavourless.

How to get to the rooms when you have a lot of luggage it was horrible even when we checked in the girl was more interested in watching karaoke then attending to us

Great to have the kitchenette, beautiful view, comfortable bed, close to everything including best beach, pool and spa were lovely. Staff were amazing!

The people upstairs were really noisey, the steps to our room were a little challenging especially in the wet weather.
