"steep grade of site but room good and comfortable"

Difficulty to get TV and streaming up and running. The number of steps to access room however the staff assisted to carry bags

View and room was lovely.

Our pillows were horrendous! Dacron falling apart and incredibly lumpy - all 3/4 of them. We rang reception, but no response. We had one bowl to share our breakfast out of and no price list available for the compendium. Terrible sleep. Pool not useable until 9am! Someone came to support at 9:55am just as we were departing- disappointing.

The whole atmosphere of the resort was geared towards relaxing. The facilities and food were excellent with friendly staff.

It didn't really bother us but the pool became crowded and the bar finished early.
