Exceptional customer service from all the staff. Addressed all queries with a high level of professionalism. Clean room.

Decent area and quiet

Our room still had clothes in the wardrobes and a plastic bag was taped over the fire alarm. Door didn’t shut and neither did the window

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

A couple of sockets in the room didn’t work and the bathroom was missing a light making it very dark

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with lovely bathrooms. Not far off the motorway so great to break your journey. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Sizes of the rooms are good especially the family room we got. Breakfast was good One staff member lovely who served us breakfast both days we stayed. Fans in room

Mould all over shower curtain Bathroom strong smell Bathroom floor not clean properly Beds rock solid Lack of staff onsite and running multiple jobs bar and reception meaning there can be a wait. Rooms very hot. This hotel could be amazing with a bit of money. Daughter got given dirty room then upgraded. (Room had clothes on it and bag over smoke detector)
