Seaside Studio with Fully equipped kitchen and laundry

Communication was always quick, presentation lovely, location convenient, close to café and beach.

Noise from tenants upstairs, heard every step, quite late at night walking around not music or visitors. Carpark very limited.

Location excellent for beach and The Mount. New and modern. Very well equipped in all areas. Outside patio has privacy screens. Parking spot easy and simple side access gate to patio and entry door - key lock on patio easy to use. Bed and linen excellent. Everything I used was in good working order.

I stayed in the ground floor flat in this house, which has a larger upstairs apartment, it seems they can be joined via the laundry as there is a sliding door locked on the other side with a slight gap to see thru to a bedroom/rumpus room - the security of this arrangement made me quite nervous as I couldn’t lock anything on my side. Thankfully I was in the venue alone plus I expect the noise would probably become intrusive. The kitchen floor was sticky and un-mopped, my socks were black and I had to wipe the floor in places. The sofa had someone else’s shells under the pillows.

Suite is very comfortable, well equipped and close to the beach. Appreciated the outdoor space and access to a barbecue. Communication with property management company was excellent.

Wasn’t a problem for us but the laundry room is a shared space. No way to lock off suite from the garage. A simple bolt on the suite side would secure the unit. Easy fix and didn’t impact us at all.

This fabulous location is a 5 minute walk from the beach. And a short drive in either direction to an array of shops. The studio was very clean n tidy with a comfortable soda and up-to-date, minimalistic decor. The friendly host stayed in touch to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend. We'll stay again

We found the bed far too soft for our liking. However, we were able to remove the thick topper, leaving in-situ the remaining two mattress protectors.

Location was perfect, near beach and short drive to town. Every little thing had been thought of and provided eg washing powder, cling wrap. etc. loved staying there and would stay again.

Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there.

Handy to coffee shops restaurants and shopping beach easy access

Nothing to not like. It was close to the beach and very quiet at night.
