They didn't give the keys for the appointment so I lost out on my money and appointment

They didn't let me in i tryid to ring them over 50 time s left voice mail and they still have not got back to me about a refund

Really nice apartment, clean and modern throughout. Great location with a good view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy check-in and overall very smooth experience.

Nothing to complain about, everything was pretty spot on.

The location

The washing machine didn’t work there was no clean bedding there was 2 towels no extra bedding to put on also 1 toilet roll the microwave sparked the pans where all scratched with is poisonous to use all this for a 5 day stay I had to leave early no communication from James at all no reply back no money back it’s was the worst stay ever
