Appartement elegant et securise au centre de Marrakech

The place itself was very nice, modern and well decorated. The location is nice and relatively central gueliz, so lots of nice places to see nearby. Reasonable price. Bed was very comfy, shutters kept out a lot of light and heat, quiet enough during the night. Hob was modern and useful.

Made us wait half an hour outside before finally arriving to meet us, which was very irritating and did not apologise when he finally did arrive. The water heat is quite poor so runs out during showers. Seems the flat was refurbished in a hurry as most things are built slightly wrong/broken. Could have done with shower gel.

Sauber, zentral gelegen, nötige Ausstattung vorhanden, Überwachung sehr gut. Übergabe vor Ort unbürokratisch.

Nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen und 4 Tage. Nur 1 Laken. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass noch 1 Handtuch kommt, war aber nicht der Fall. Bis 3 Stunden vor Ankunft keine Info, wo und wie man an die Schlüssel kommt. Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. Wir mussten 1 Handtuch kaufen.

Le bruit du voisinage, de l'ascenseur et les ventilations au dessus du toit La télévision n'était pas fonctionnelle. Personne n'a donné suite malgré mes plusieurs appels. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine
