Ci sono troppo rumori ed il lavandino è troppo alto perché è sopra la lavatrice

Appartement presque complet, bien situé, proche des commerces. Le gardien était très sympas. Aidant quand il peut Et immeuble sécurisé.

A mon arrivée difficile d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, difficilement joignables. Ensuite Il n'y avait pas de couettes dans l'appartement et j'ai eu froid. J'ai demandé par SMS d'en avoir mais pas eu de retour. Donc j'ai appelé, et j'ai demandé 2 couettes, on m'a répondu que je ne pouvais en avoir qu'un seule. Et en fin de compte je n'ai rien eu, on ne me l'as jamais apporté. Légèrement bruyant la nuit 🌃.

Nice apartment in central marrakech, perfect for site seeing and getting around the city. Would highly recommend if your staying in marrakech.

Je n’ai pas pu bénéficier du logement pour lequel j’ai payé en raison du refus du propriétaire d’accéder au logement en groupe alors que j’ai fait la réservation pour 2 personnes (homme et femme).

It was In a road near restaurants and shops

We didn’t get further than reception . Nobody was there to meet us despite us sending messages, the porter then had to call the owner on arrival who said they would send someone with a key. This did not happen. They then said my partner could not stay as his passport is Moroccan , his residents card is Spanish. This was not written in any of the property policies or terms and conditions. They refused a refund.. currently in dispute. I definitely would not recommend staying here as the arrival arrangements and lack of communication is very bad.
