The staff and the management were really friendly and cooperative. They give good suggestions to roam around and for food. They made me feel home.

the owner was quite helpful and provided alternate stay option near batasia loop with discount nice and cozy common room far from mg road but near batasia loop so can see toy train multiple times a day

Room was good but cold, and the telecom signal was weak at our alternate stay near the Batasia Loop. Hot water and a basin tap would be much needed. The room was a bit small for six – a little cramped!

You can see Kanchenjuga slightly not much though

There was no geyser at all, so froze to wash the hands and face.. forget about taking bath

The whole abode was really comfortable and had a cozy feeling which was an effect of the behaviour of Mr Bishal Gurung and the housekeeping didi. The place was clean and hygienic and felt much better than a hotel room . This was my first time staying at a hostel and I had fun .

The hostel manager can be quite aggressive and disrespectful with the guests sometimes for no reason at all. Try to avoid him as much as possible.

The bad. Behave and attitude of the manager all so the location is not good dark way to hostel. Vishal act to all guests like he is head manager of a high school. No gazer for hot water for shower in 11 degree.thete is no view here. Ziro hospitality I won’t recommend you to come this place.

Friendly owner

It was difficult to locate given its backstreet location and given that Google doesn’t work very well in central Darjeeling. A map showing a few landmarks (like the mosque) would be useful. Also some basic ground rules for guests as there several who didn’t respect other dorm users.

The location and view was good. The staff and manager was cooperative and enthusiastic. Vishal and Ankit both are genuine person helped to arrange taxi in iternaries for the trip.
