Cosy Brighton Winter Retreat by the Sea-Marine FFF by Bluehouse Shortlets Brighton

The property is situated in a fantastic location. It is very much like the photos, nice and modern with a touch of classic charm. It was perfect for our family four and our little dog. The view from the windows is a wow factor. Everything worked and was quite easy to work out without instructions. There was clear information from the host and al communication was courteous.

This is not really a negative - just a concern. Similar to previous responses - the wet room is affecting the door in the bathroom which is unfortunate, as the water spreads too far towards the bathroom door.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was modern and stylish. It offered lovely views and thoughtful touches such as Alexa, Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, and contemporary heating controls

Parking was difficult to find and not clearly explained, though we eventually discovered an area near the pier where you could park for days rather than hours. The host was slow to respond during check-in while we were struggling to find parking, and phone calls went unanswered. On first use on Christmas Day, the oven shelves collapsed, which was very inconvenient. All cutlery and utensils had to be rewashed as they were dirty. We also found men’s underwear under the sofa and socks under the bed. The wooden slats on the beds kept breaking. The upstairs neighbours were very noisy, frequently going up and down the stairs and seeming to party late. The pillows were very flat and unsupportive, leaving us feeling stiff and sore in the mornings.

Location was great and parking available outside.

The location was very good. On the seashore and minutes walk to the Children's Hospital if you are there for work.

The bed slaps were broken and the mattress was hanging off. The sheets were stained with lipstick, mascara and yellow suspicious stains. The head board made of velvet had multiple white old stains. Similar stains were present on the couch and pillows. We called the property to get help with the bed as you could not sleep and had no help. One person was asking us to contact another. We ended up having to find another property in the middle of the night. Even the next day we were not told if we could return to the property. Despite all this inconvenience and multiple calls to booking the property manager told us they would sort out a refund on Monday which they still have not done.

L’appartement est propre, à part le canapé-lit, et correspond aux photos. L’emplacement est bien, la place est calme et sympathique, belle vue, parking assez facile

Canapé-lit sale, et le lit est cassé, pas confortable du tout, en plus le matelas n’est pas top, on sent tous les ressorts. Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et seulement 2 serviettes, et aucun drap pour le canapé-lit. Pas de savon, seulement du liquide vaisselle. Emplacement quand même un peu loin du centre-ville

Lovely space, clean & homely. Excellent responsive communication to my various questions in the weeks before my visit. Really clear instructions to get in. Very happy.

The coffee in cupboard was past it's prime, but I'd brought my own anyway! The people in the apartment upstairs stamped about as if they were wearing boots! But I was in late and out early so didn't hear it much.

Appartement très beau , très confortable , bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la mer et sur le jardin où la pelouse est très verte et bien tondue !

Rien à dire de négatif Pour un séjour que l’on pourrait qualifier de luxueux il faudrait juste nettoyer les vitres de la baie vitrée du salon , ce qui donnera encore plus de lumière et d’éclat. Mettre une protection sur la magnifique porte en bois de la salle de bain qui s’abîme

Very clean and a wonderful view of the sea from the living room. Very comfortable and everything you could need was provided.
