Nice design. Good to have a kitchen. Was nice to have a laundry machine and dishwasher.

Noise, dirty, and uncomfortable (especially the mattress): 1) The noise drove me crazy. This is a single-family home converted into three units. You can hear steps above from the rental unit that houses up to 8 people. Some of the groups were very loud, day and night. The last guests were a family and the kid ran back and forth across the unit, with my ceiling thumping endlessly. The bedroom is right off the main staircase. It isn't a commercial door, but a residential one for inside of a home. You hear everything in the staircase while you are in bed. It should be professionally sealed up. You can see the gaps below and around the door. You hear the thumps of people walking the staircase, the noise of their suitcases bouncing off the walls, the voices, the screams, and sometimes smell smoke too, as they congregate by the front door. I felt very little privacy here. They should provide a warning when there is this much noise. Setting expectations is the right thing to do. I had to sleep with earplugs and eyeshades (as it gets the morning sun). 2) It wasn't cleaned well. Crumps under the kitchen table, partially cleaned utensils, and a toilet brush container was full of toilet water (yuck). Cleaners rushed in and out, but there is a lot of space to clean and it requires more time. 3) While the decor was nice, all of the materials were cheap and poorly executed. The mattress was junk, and my back still aches four days later. The decor belongs in photos, not in use.

Was quite dirty the cleaners didnt clean the bed sheets and left sticky marks around the place which i had to clean myself

Fills like at home. All as on photos. You can sleep on bed or on sofa. All you need you can find: deco for pizza, iron, washing machine, laundry... close to beach, shops, bakery and pharmacy... i can connect to my Netflix on TV, it was easy.

No shower gel and shampoo. But shops are close so you can buy. If neighbours make laundry at night sofa will jumping :) Deposit makes me confused, but hope it will be returned.

Really nicely decorated flat with a great view looking over the seafront and easy access via a door code.

The beds are small and the sofa bed mattress curves towards the middle of the bed perhaps more suited to couples than 4 friends sharing. There was some noise from the pipes during the night but this is to be expected in old places but perhaps not great if you are noise sensitive.
