Thanks we had a great stay. Beautiful flat and views. Just the place for walking to down town Brighton along the front. Parking was very easy on the front and lots of free EV charging points in next door street.

A coffee cafeteria would be a great addition to the kitchen equipment.

Despite booking with Booking.com I was constantly emailed and messaged by another letting company to provide lots more information and a £500 hold on my card for up to 28 days to cover damages with a £10 administration charge. Never had this before and it has put me off booking again.

Furnished to a very nice and stylish standard. Good location with easy and reasonable parking on the main road in January. Beautiful seaview from bay window. Easy access with no keys.

Having to pay a non refundable damage waiver charge after booking. Extra bedding for sofa bed stained but seemed to be washed. No shower gel. Few more basics for cooking would be nice such as salt and oil given the cost of the apartment. Functional but very narrow bathroom which some may struggle with. Small bedroom.

The interior decoration is luxury with golden cutlery, and the view is beautiful. The manager is very accessible.

The apartment is beautifully decorated but it's not comfortable. The bedroom is so tiny that access to the queen size bed is only on one side: one person must climb the other one to get in bed. The bedroom window was covered by the radiator, so there was no natural light in the bedroom. This radiator was very noisy. The manager sent somebody to fix it, but without success. We didn't sleep well. The bathroom too, is so tiny, that you can barely move, moreover, the double tap in the sink is not what you expect in a luxury accommodation in the XXI century. The staircase leading to the apartment was not in good conditions. Before my arrival, I was very harassed by the numerous requests that the manager sent me, asking me to register on Hostdog for checkin, including providing a copy of my passport, without any regard of GDPR rules (Regulation on the protection of private data). I got multiple requests every day, which I disregarded as spam. I have booked the accommodation via Booking.com and this requirement was not announced in the Booking listing. If the listing mentioned this requirement, I wouldn't have booked this accommodation. The process lacked transparency.

People upstairs walking really loudly think they was drunk no blame to the host though

lack of nearby parking. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen were a little too high to reach.
