It’s spacious clean and artistic, the price was reasonable, the location also good as well, we really enjoyed our stay there

It is a beautiful place, great events in the building and near to casco

No parking spot, sometimes get to crowded with cars

The location is spotless, with a simple check-in and check-out process. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It's a fantastic location.

This stay was perfect. The room is really spacious, because of the high ceiling. Everything is well thought out, with all the facilities you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is clean and nice and it even has a washing machine. They have a big TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime etc. And on top of that all, it's practically right in the old town. Definitely recommend to stay here!

My stay at la Manzana was perfect. The apartment was clean, had everything you need & was decorated with much love to detail. Also the communication with the owners was very helpful and the responds so quick. Thanks, would definitely come back!

THE WARNING AGAINST THIS PLACE : DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR IF YOU DID, BLOCK THE CARD IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID FURTHER USE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY BLACKMAIL YOU TO LEAVE THE POSITIVE COMMENT AND IF YOU DO DIFFERENTLY : THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR FAKE DAMAGE. FIRST : THEY RETURNED THE SAFETY DEPOSIT AFTER OUR CHECKING-OUT. AFTER A WEEK WE LEFT, I WROTE A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT THIS PLACE AND THEY DECIDED THAT DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE TO THE PLACE AND USED THE CREDIT CARD AGAIN TO CHARGE US FOR THE FAKE DAMAGE.

1.You do not get what is in the description: no wardrobe, no place for clothes. If you come for a longer time: no place to keep your clothes. We had to keep our clothes in suitcases on the floor. 2.The AC unit needs service: it is loud, there are folded paper towels stuck into it, if you change the settings it floods the apartment. 3.The neighbourhood is dirty, dangerous and you can only go in one direction, otherwise you may end up in the dodgy, slums-like area, there are a lot of stray dogs which pose a serious danger for your health and safety. 4. In the building there are organised extremely loud events. We spent 7 nights, there were 3 events organised. 5. The place is filthy even you pay a lot for cleaning service. 7. Due to all this we were granted the compensation but the case of the illegal and the fraudulent use of our credit card is still pending

Very clean and well appointed! My wife’s comment, “This apartment is so cute! I love it.”

Nothing was bad, the view from the balcony was interesting but that’s because of the nature of this part of the city.
