Modern Farmhouse on Kent Street

This property has 3 small guest rooms upstairs, which was just what I needed with my two adult sons. If we had stayed at a hotel, we would have needed at least two rooms which would have exceeded the cost of this nice home.

The check-in was less than smooth. There was a code that we needed to get in that did not get to us in time. I needed to contact the owner who was able to give me the code over the phone. The code did arrive eventually, but later than our arrival. The instructions about how to use the key pad could have been better as well. You had to look carefully to realize the key actually had a code pad around it.

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our stay. It had all the comforts of home and plenty of space for our group. The host was very attentive to our needs and checked up on us to make sure all was well.

We arrived at night and the front light is very dim. A bit more light would be perfect to illuminate the area and door.

The back deck could use some repairs. There was cable lines that ran through the backyard.

Beautiful home!. Little far from where I needed to be but great area.

Description said it has a washing machine but it's only a dish washer. Had to go to laundry mat.

The backyard is beautiful. Peaceful quiet street.

The beds weren't that comfortable. Cooking items weren't the best.

It was nice to have our own rooms and the main level was great to play games and have drinks.

Found large amount of hair on the rug in bathroom. I'd remove that rug and get one that's easier to clean and notice hair. Kleenex would be a great addition as well.

Was looking for a place bigger than just a hotel room

There was a discrepancy on the check in and check out time - we did not get that information until we tried to check in at 3 pm and was told it was 4 pm and we would have to pay $50 more to get in early. The information I had was check in and out was noon. When we were told we had to be out at 10 am the next day they did accommodate us for an extra hour which we appreciated. I don’t think I would of booked here if I would of known we only had 18 hrs of stay time - I’m not sure it was worth the money. There were a few things that could of been done to make the place nicer - like replacing burned out light bulbs and fixing the bathroom fan which was extremely loud.
