RedDoorz near Pantai Sanur Bali

The location is 10 minutes walking distance from Sanur ferry terminal.

A/C was not working. Furniture better forget about and same for the bathroom. Bad smell in the room. Pictures on the internet should refer to several decades ago...

Nothing was good

I slept on a chair outside of the bedroom. The bedroom walls were damp & moldy. There was a damp & moldy smell in the air of the apartment. I did not feel safe to sleep in the room like this as I didn't want to breath in the bacteria from the air.

Nothing, I don’t understand what people complain about everything was really decent and for the price you have no reason to complain.

The location is close to the harbour

We know that you have a good location near to the harbour, and we know most of your guests stay mostly 1 night before going to nusa pendia and leave their luggage with you, but that doesn't mean that you neglect all the other sides. The communication is very bad, No contact from there, they didn't provide a whatsapp number, no replies on booking chat, except automatic message with Indonesian language with no information No one was at the reception, they left a board with the information of our room, but we didn't see it because we didn't know, so we waited for 30m The room was not clean with a bad smell, We found a group of ants having a barbecue party on cockroach. Really it was a bad experience, and I am really happy it was only 1 night

Near to kfc. Can walk to go to harbour.

No water heater in room, if want water need to go downstairs. No lift, property not reachable by car. Car has to stop beside main road, then walk. No wifi in the room.
