"Old dirt hole one hour walking from the beach"

Staff or whoever in charge completely ignored messages. The place is a dirt hole far away from the beach, so calling it near the beach is a way to put it, 1 hour walking at least. I applied for a waiver or change of dates and was totally ignored by management. I got there personally to see if I could work it out with them and greeted with the worst manners I’ve ever encountered in Southeast Asía because it was not check in time. The building looks quite run down and full of dirt, besides it’s right next to the bypass so if you make the mistake of reserving with them, bring earplugs.
