The APARTMENTS Company- Frogner

The apartment size was perfect for a couple - very comfortable and spacious. There are kitchen facilities, but we didn't use them, as you are so close to great cafes and a 15 minute walk you arrive at the harbor promenade where there are so many choices to dine. The apartment faces the street which is in the middle of a quiet neighborhood so its very light and has a small balcony you can sit on. The bus stop is almost directly out the front so an easy ride from the station to the apartment if you're arriving by train from the airport. Would definitely book again.

Not a complaint but if you are arriving early in the morning - consider booking an extra night (the night before) so you can leave your bags at the apartment and start exploring (or have a quick nap...!)

Me gustó la ubicación, limpieza de los apartamentos y que todo era bastante nuevo. La temperatura era muy agradable y el check in/out sencillo. La comunicación con otros puntos de la ciudad es muy buena. Puedes dejar las maletas en la oficina central (bastante lejos del apartamento pero frente a la estación de buses, que es cómodo para si llegas antes o te vas después)

Como sugerencia creo que los apartamentos deberían tener microondas, estropajo y sartenes (había tres ollas y lavavajillas con las pastillas de lavado, pero el resto lo veo básico)

The unloc app worked well in the end, but it was challenging as a first time user. We arrived at night and it was quite stressful to be trying to figure it out in the dark. Also, if we had not looked into the app prior to arrival we would have been totally stumped. We also had to use both our phones to communicate with the help line and figure out how to use the app.

Very clean and quiet apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom in a safe but lively neighborhood. The keyless system is great and the WiFi is working perfectly.

Personally had some issues with everything involving electricity(struggled to switch on/off lights, the stove and the tv, which was working every second time)

The space, the layout of the apartment and the location.

Only one washing tablet was left out to wash clothes and we were staying 3 nights and had already been on the road for 3 weeks. Thought this was a bit mean. Wasn’t mad on the key lock system which was in Norwegian w no alternative language option. The help number to speak to the Manager on the website had not been updated making it difficult initially to seek advice.

Location and value

Because I didn’t have SMS capabilities and was using a mini WiFi, I couldn’t download the virtual key and had to go into the management office.
