"Small but modern apartment in a convenient location."

Great location close to metro and bus. Secure apartment building with modern lift.

Quite limited linen and pillows available. Was difficult to get clothes to dry in apartment - took 2+ days using drying rack. Found the bedroom very tight for space.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Auch das Küchenequipment ist gut. Inkl. Waschmaschine, was das reisen mit leichtem Gepäck erheblich vereinfach. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Gute Heizmöglichkeiten über E-Heizung in der Wohnung.

Schlafzimmer ein wenig eng. Matratzen sind keine Matratzen, sondern nur Topper. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden. Die Wohnung wirkt ein wenig „kalt“. Man könnte es mit ein paar Bildern z.B. persönlicher gestalten. Erhaltene Wegbeschreibung im Vorfeld nicht optimal kommuniziert. Da besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Schlüssel über App - sehr modern, aber nur über ein Handy möglich - was ich für gefährlich erachte, falls das Handy verloren geht oder der Akku leer läuft. Das man am Ende seines Aufenthalts seinen Müll selbst entsorgen muss, stellt natürlich kein Problem dar, empfinde ich aber für befremdlich, eigentlich sollte dieser Service mit im Preis enthalten sein. Habe ich jedenfalls so noch nie irgendwo anders erlebt.

Very good location, everything is within walking distance. Clean and pleasant apartment, nothing unnecessary.

The biggest problem was getting into the apartment. We had the app, but we couldn’t get the door code through it — it kept showing an error. We wrote everywhere, called, and only after about an hour did someone call us back. Our phone numbers still didn’t work; we only got the keys by using the staff’s phone number. Keep in mind that you need to be prepared for such situations — charge your phone, and it’s best if both people download the required app.
