Perugino's Peaceful Sky Terrace

Large and very comfortable stylish apartment with all facilities. The apartment manager made all the necessary instructions to get the keys on arrival so it was easy to do. He was available by phone or WhatsApp for any possible problem. In general, this apartment gives you the feeling of living in your own home.

The only negative point was not updating Google Maps for correct guidance! You need to continue the path through the park that is directly in front of the apartment and then go to the left.

Apartment extremely big and spacious. Great for family vacations. Located very near to fiumiccino airport, so it works well if you need to take a flight during night time, for example.

Quiet. Close to airport. Beds were very comfortable.

The door was just a little difficult to open.

Staff were in touch via WhatsApp. Very clear check-in instructions.

We only stayed overnight after a late flight. Could not figure out how to turn on hot water. Had to take a cold shower :-( . It was a disappointment after a long trip with a kid.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, we had to take cold shower in a 15° temperature. We called the hoster and he dido nothing about it.

Very convenient check-in process located right next to the airport.

We liked that is was SUPER close to a train station and the airport. We spent our last day in Rome before flying out in the evening and we wanted a safe place to leave the rental car while we took the train into Rome.

The wifi did not work despite our best efforts to reset it per the instructions of the manager. Also, the A/C in the master bedroom was a bit underwhelming but there were multiple fans available for us to move the air around.
