"Internet was not available as it was advertised and the heat was not turn on as promised"

Good size apartment, quite well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, tv, comfortable beds and nice decor.

No internet service even though the wifi and router works. Heater does not work or not turn on and the rooms were cold especially during the evening. Contact person with the management company promise to fix the issues but never did after 3 days of staying there. Tried to turn on the dishwasher and after 5 minutes a loud alarm sounded and had to turn it off.
