good location.

1. the room description didn’t match the actual room condition. example : a. air conditioning room there are three rooms in total but there is a room without air conditioning and only a small portable fan is provided. it is not as per written in the description. b. water heater there are total 2 bathroom but there is a bathroom without water heater. again it is not as per written is the description. 2. the light in the small room is not functional. poor maintenance. 3. it is written that we are allowed to check in at 3pm but the room is not ready and unfortunately we have to wait for another 30mins and only manage to check in at 3.30
