the cleanliness is acceptable and the location is fine

- too much extra charge - charge electricity RM20 per night and cleaner RM90 however they would charge you extra if not cleaning the utensil - had a blackout experience but needed to wait for almost one hour for assistance and the owner wasnt apologised and even threatened to charge extra. He not even compensating for that. - the soap was running out and the utensil not in good condition. - one of the room has no aircond and only one bathroom has hot water

easy self-checkin and self-checkout but the key collection location is not in the same building. Perhaps the process self-checkin and key collection can be simplify in the future.

The location is quite strategic that TF supermarket is just right opposite of the apartment. Quite easy to look for food nearby as well.
