Ally Beach Boutique Hotel Hoian

I stayed here for two weeks and everything was great. The room was cozy and clean, housekeeping was done every day, breakfast was included, and it was quiet enough for me to work comfortably.

Then I was told that I had to move to another room, and unfortunately the room I was given was much worse. As a guest who had stayed here for more than two weeks and planned to continue staying, I found this very disappointing. What upset me even more was that the receptionist who told me to move did not want to listen to my concerns at all. I understand that the room may have been reserved by another guest, but I expected a better solution, especially as a long-term guest. This situation has left me feeling very disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and clean

The pool didn't look as good as the photos. It looked quite dirty and uninviting. The beach area and sea water at the hotel beach had construction rubbish and litter in it. The sunbed were not good quality and full of sand. The beach leading to the sea and in the sea was dangerous to the feet because of building bricks being in the sand. There are lots of staff but maybe some could be asked to clear the beach area and make it more inviting to guests. Move the sunbeds closer to the water

Enjoyed our stay restaurant was very hot. Staff excellent and very helpful and friendly 👍

It's roomy and closed to beach but far from the old town. Valued for money. Tivi is not a smart tivi and very old.

Preis/Leistung war sehr gut. Sauberes, schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Grosses und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Lage. Eine Frau an der Reception war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Sehr freundliches Putzpersonal!!!

Der Waschservice hat unsere Wäsche halb dreckig zurückgebracht. Ein Wäschesack ist verloren gegangen und von der inkompetenten Person an der Reception wurden keine Anstalten gemacht, sich dafür zu entschuldigen oder uns mit etwas entgegenzukommen. Wir konnten auch nicht um eine Nacht verlängern und mussten in der Lobby über Booking verlängern. Etwas seltsam. Die Punkte sollen aber den schönen Aufenthalt nicht entwerten, es ist einfach ärgerlich
