Très joli appartement spacieux, très bien situé. Literie très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le patio. Je recommande ce logement.

Location was good, apartment was spacious and the private courtyard was lovely! It was mostly quiet apart from the noise from other people as detailed below.

We arrived about 8.30pm and struggled to get inside the building to our apartment. Our taxi driver had to speak to the doorman, who then called someone twice and after a 20 minute wait we finally got in. After a long flight and feeling tired and cold, this was not ideal. Why not just have a lockbox? The bathroom smelt horrible constantly, the smell of the sewer and drains was really unpleasant but this seems to be an issue everywhere in this area. It wasn't very clean, the floors and bathroom sink had fluff and hairs. We were in a ground floor apartment, and although this is not the fault of the owners, there was a lot of noise from other residents coming into the building, talking loudly and slamming doors. Also, on the first night there was a young child running around directly above us screaming and making loud thudding noises at 2am for about half an hour. We were charged 200MAD for the tax which seems a lot for 2 people for 2 nights. I know this differs depending on the type of accommodation etc but it seemed a lot.

Excellent location, we walked almost everywhere, great restaurants and shops nearby. Anas was a wonderful host, he met us at the apartment, and even helped us get a SIM card organised. The washing machine is excellent so we were able to take less luggage, nice shower with plenty of hot water and well equipped kitchen.

The beds felt hard but we were able to sleep well. Please note that sounds really carries in the courtyard so keep noise levels low in the evenings.
