Very modern and clean flat, quiet, good decoration, well equipped, nice building. Location is good, far from the hustle of medina but still close enough to medina, also close to bus stations and to airport with all the necessary shops and restaurants around. The owner welcomed us warmly and is very professional. Best flat i have ever been in Morocco.

The gas heater stopped functioning probably because of empty gas bottle but this was just a bad luck. As there is also a backup electric heater, in the end it was not a big deal.
