Mi è piaciuta l’ospitalità del proprietario che ci ha dato molti consigli sui ristoranti dove mangiare mangiare e ci ha offerto come benvenuto una bottiglia di vino e l’acqua. La struttura era molto accogliente e aveva tutto l’occorrente necessario, una nota di merito per la pulizia.

Il tetto spiovente era un po’ scomodo per uscire in terrazzo

La gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host. Ci ha accolti in modo caloroso. L'appartamento è in una buona posizione rispetto al centro città, accogliente e pulito. Apprezzati anche l'assortimento di tè e l'essenziale per una colazione veloce. Molto bello anche il terrazzo con il tavolino e le sedie. Consigliatissimo!

La tv in soggiorno è un po' vecchia e lenta nel cambiare canale; avremmo gradito trovare anche gli asciugamani piccoli, c'erano solo i teli grandi per doccia e viso.

The whole apartment is very clean.

The whole apartment is very clean. The quilt is a little thin and the water flow in the bathroom is a little low. Everything else is good.

"A well-equipped and pretty apartment with a great host"

Everything was perfect! Silvano is the best host that you can imagine. He was waiting for us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is clean, everything functions great, the little balcony is the cherry on top. There were no loud neighbors or anything noisy. The location is very good because we travelled around by train, and the station is really close. Silvano (the host) also suggested restaurants to us and supermarkets are nearby too. I can only recommend this place!!

I cannot name anything negative.

"Excellent location very near to La Spezia train station to visit Cinque Terre."

Location was very near to La Spezia central train station (~300 m) as well as many restaurants and food places around. It was also quite close to COOP supermarket and Carrefour Express. Room is large and kitchenette complete.

Room is at the highest floor with the bedroom at the attic and thus, this may pose a minor issue for tall guests.

"fantastic apartment"

The apartment was fantastic, we were met on arrival and shown around, the proximity to the station ( 5 min walk) was perfect, plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as minni marts. We loved this place. The owner was easy to contact and deal with.

"Nice Balcony close to train station"

Very good location to the train station and very nice balcony - very low door though.

The door key to the maim entrance didn't always work and texts to the owner where not answered.
