Mattress is a bit soft Would have liked earlier check in and later check out at now extra charge. Quite limiting when at a conference Some of the plug sockets are loose A Nespresso machine and pods would be good
GBGBGBFor the price, it was worth its money. The bath was very enjoyable. TV had extras. Linked to hotel and SPA was accessible.
There should somewhere to sit to put shoes on as we cant wear them in living room and bedroom. Plug socket lose by wardrobe. Parking was a nightmare.

GBNice Spacious apartment. Contained everything I needed although the dryer had things left in it so was not useable. Good video sent beforehand as to how to get to the apartment through the hotel. Good location. Internet was good. Good furniture in the lounge but the main settee could do with being turned around so it faces the TV as at the moment it faces into the middle of the room.
The main bedroom light did not work but this was ok because there were many lamps in the bedroom. The shower was cold, This must be a problem with the shower as there was hot water elsewhere in the apartment. Therefore it was unusable. The bathroom could do with updating as there is paint coming off the furniture and the door however it was not something that would stop me visiting again. Lots of TV channels via the internet but no ordinary channels (could access i player and more 4 etc)

The bed was too soft for us but that’s just personal preference.
