Serene Ocean Side Apartment BTN

We had a fantastic stay at the Serene Ocean Side Apartment! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed (we are a small family of 3). Accessing the swimming pool was really easy. I loved the fact I could get a sauna & steam in before bedtime. I only needed to sign in at the entrance of the swimming pool, and the staff there were super friendly. For gym goers like my wife, the gym is actually 24/7, which she loved. I'm more the swimmer of the two. Excuse my long review, but we were delighted. Our son (8) loved the pool and put a big smile on his face. The beach is actually straight across the road from the entrance of the building and the infamous Brighton pier a short and exciting walk away. Last but not least, before I go. The hosts were great and helpful through messages. Although we had very few requests, they were very helpful and genuine. Thanks The Hart family.

The fact we didn't have time to stay longer! This place is a gem. We will be coming back. We saw before a few negative comments before we booked. However, we really could not see any issues at all. Everything was as described for us. Thanks

Great location, right in the centre

No parking included and parking was very expensive £35 a day, which we hadn’t factored in. Sofa bed in living room was not set up for us even though we had advised needing beds for 3 adults and 2 children, wouldn’t mind setting it up ourselves but when we did we found that the legs on the lower portion was broken And had to be propped up with pillows

Great central location right on the beach near I 360 and close to all the shops and nightlife of Brighton ! Although no sea view you literally walk out on to the promenade! Also as it’s inside Hilton hotel you can gain access to the gym and spa area ! Perfect for a weekend in Brighton !

Location was great as right on the sea front. Spacious apartment and well equipped. Despite being in the middle of lots of building sites, it would have been great value for money if we had been able to use the pool.

Double bed was not very comfortable. Pool was closed for the duration of our stay which was disappointing as it was the main reason for booking. Owner was aware of this, but did not let us know in advance. Have to go through main hotel lobby and through building after 6:30 at night which was really tricky with the dog as it was quite a long way and also very crowded. The side door to the apartments would be better to access day and night. Lots of building work going on immediately outside on both sides, so quite noisy, not able to have windows open.

Location is excellent, host was responsive and informative, directions sent explaining how to access the apartment were thorough and clear. Simple decor and fresh bedding.

Carpet is badly stained, kitchen and bathroom dated. Water from sink is cloudy. Fridge did not work rendering the kitchenette useless. Bed very soft and sofa bed very hard. Used the Hilton pool facilities but am not convinced this was strictly allowed as lady on the desk did not seem to know about apartment guest access.

Really pleasantly surprised with this one. Pics look like an absolutely fine apartment however on arrival we were really impressed with how nice it is. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. Great communicative host as well who let us check in early and kept in touch regularly. Recommend!

The property was a perfect location, just off the seafront. It was easy to find inside the Hilton hotel. The property itself was much nicer than we thought it would be. It was a lovely layout and very spacious. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The property was very quiet and the instructions left by the owner were very informative.

Extremely minor but if I had to say anything I would say that the beds in the main room were not very comfortable.

Great location, spacious, which was handy for having a baby and lots of bags in toe, very responsive and polite owner and management of the property. Very clean bathroom and clean overall.

The photos did glamorise the space more than expected, parts of it are worn and tired. We had a couple of issues with the linen and the parking rate wasn’t as advertised on the booking.con page, (though being updated), so more information about that could be shared in advance before arriving and parking in the suggested hotel car park. Also how to access the car park would have been good to know, which we now know to be at the end of St Margaret’s Place.
