Il vetro della tenda della doccia era rotto. Facendo la doccia, tutta l'acqua fuoriusciva sul pavimento. Il problema è stato risolto il terzo giorno dopo le segnalazioni. La lavatrice non funziona correttamente: fa un forte rumore durante il ciclo di lavaggio e non centrifuga.

"Wohnung mit 70erFlair in Strandlage"

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war auch bemüht und entgegenkommend.

Die Wohnung ist leider wirklich ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlafsofa hat ein Eigenleben. Es quietscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung, ist uneben und kurz. Die Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls sehr alt. Im Bad fehlt die halbe Duschwand und somit ist es unmöglich zu duschen ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Das Bad ist generell renovierungsbedürftig und schimmelt leicht.

Appartamento molto accogliente e luminoso, situato a pochi minuti dal lungo mare. Provvisto di tutto: utensili da cucina, tovaglie, coperte, asciugamani e tutto quello che serve ad un appartamento.

charmante alte Wohnung in grado pineta, "vintage" bringt es auf den Punkt! im Wohnzimmer wie in der ganzen Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause...so hat man früher zu Wohnen gewusst!

ein wenig renovieren hier und da wäre nicht schlecht.... z.b. im Bad fehlt eine ausreichende Dusch-Abdeckung... Boden wird nass...

Skvělá lokalita, pár minut na pláž, supermarket za rohem. Vlastní parkovací místo. Pro pobyt mimo sezónu (když je chladněji) dostačující možnost topení (klimatizací, přenosný radiátor) Kávovar s dostatkem kapslí :-)

Na úklidu to chce trochu zapracovat, ale to souviselo hlavně s pobytem mimo sezónu... Bez wifi - ale není inzerována. Jen upozorňuji...

Parcheggio occupato da altra vettura. Ingresso nell'appartamento con pavimento bagnato per freezer scongelato causa quadro corrente staccato. Asciugamani macchiati. Segnalazione di tutto al gestore senza aver ricevuto alcuna risposta.

"Спокійне італійське містечко"

Затишний будинок біля моря. Є близько ресторанчик і супермаркет. Чисто та охайно. Білизна чиста , є багато рушників. Можна зупинись компанією з 4х чоловік. Контакти з власниками дуже прості та зручні ,ми їх навіть не бачили. Ключі в сейфі ззовні будинку, все дуже просто.
