The apartment was clean and the people staying there were polite and respectful.

The instructions to get the keys were a little bit confusing, and when we get the vault where the keys were supposed ti be, it was empty. We called the host and they did not answer in a while (more than 1 hour). We had a match appointment we could not attend because of this delay and we did not get an apology when the host arrived with the correct key. The bed was broken. The TV didn't work. After the incident with the keys, we texted the host asking for a solution of the TV problem and she totally ignored us. We did not have even the chance to complain about the broken bed. Felt isolated and uncomfortable.

Nothing unlikeable.

Location has easy bus links into town and Clydebank. Close to good walking routes along the river Clyde. Spar around the corner for daily goods. Variety of takeaways close by. 15 minute walk from Victoria park.

Another guest was a bit untidy and regularly didn’t wash their dishes. I found myselfon a couple of occasions,having to clean pots before cooking for myself.

The keys were easily accessible once we found the property .It was clean and nice little touches like drinks and snacks

It was not clear it was a room in a house this should be made clear on booking or a sign near the front door would help it took us half an hour of walking back and forth asking people trying to find it as we were expecting a guest house not a flat in a shared building.
