No signage on the property, entrance to the room was confusing , difficult contacting host for help

it was ok clean and tidy for just staying a couple of nights it was great for that.

Bathroom, kitchen and rooms are clean.

The road was littered with many things with broken furniture and mattresses. The back yard of the property look like slum. Very bad smell from the environment.

Didn't stay.

Booked the room late and was spoken to by an extremely rude Asian man who hadn't sent the room access details through to my booking account so I was stood in the middle of a Glasgow estate hanging around with personal possessions on me. When I phoned him and tried to give him the hurry up he spoke over me and wouldn't give me the building number on the phone, he also told me it was my fault for booking late as most people book by 5 o clock and didn't seem interested when I said as long as its still listed then you can book anytime. A very rude person. When they came through I'd already ordered an Uber out of there as I didn't feel safe and the subsequent access codes seemed complex as it was building number, drop box code, door code room number etc. I booked the Point A in Glasgow and ended up not staying here so paid for nothing basically. I will liaise with booking.com about having this place removed from their site as the customer service is rude and you are left in middle of nowhere at night.

nothing pleasant, a small room and with small cockroaches on the linen, the duvet smelled and was full of urine, I took off the sheet because I couldn't wrap myself in the smell

the parking lot and the building, including the stairs, were dirty and smelled of urine I asked for the wifi password at 6 o'clock and I only received it at 11 at night. There is no interest at all, the price is extremely high.

Biscuits soft drinks,tea coffee, brilliant. Very hot day

Organising comms were very clear and the place was clean and quiet. We got a bus into the city from there.
