"Relaxing and refreshing."

Ambience. The whole place is calm and soothing. It is around a pleasant neighbourhood.

Location was good, buses close by. It had all the amenities.

The people staying there made us feel uncomfortable and scared. They were drunk and switched off the light when I was showering. When I told them I'll be two more minutes they started swearing and I had to get out of the bathroom.

the blanket was thick and helped with the cold.

there was no breakfast as far as i was aware. the building was always cold even when i turned up the radiator. one bathroom for up to four guests is not adequate or practical, also the shower would not warm up and stayed cold.
