ININThe location was perfect to grab some peace in the hustle bustle of Manali.
A single washroom for two dorm rooms was a little unfair.
INThe staff, food, road connectivity, and hotel location were really good. The interior of the hotel and the common area were very amazing.
The washroom was shared by 12 people which was told after the booking. Bunk beds did not have curtains. The price of the food was pretty high for someone who has opted for hostels.

INAbsolutely loved the location and the dorm room with the balcony - superb view! Support by Sandeep for booking was great and Trek led by Danish was beautiful as well:)
The restaurant staff was a little aloof and food was sometimes okay, sometimes great. Other than that, everything was superb!
INThe whole staff especially, Mr Ankaj and Mr Kavish ( Operation Manager)were very polite and helpfull.Mr Ankaj made me feel at home besides being courtious. A good power backup would do wonders to that place. If govt. Pays attention, a good Wifi which, presently is unavailable, and if added, will be cherry on the cake.
1.Lack of female dormitory. 2. Only one functional toilet for two 6 bed dormitories. 3. Food is overpriced.

Staff and service to be improved, there is no hot water, electricity surge issue, phone facility not available, if you need something you should go down to hall, there is no use of bath tub without hot water.
