in -35 degree at least you should give extra blankets and the property manager have said he is a traveller and he got my friends Insta id who is female and later on we found that he is a property manager of the property who said he came from Kashmir just to travel . which we both don't like . also interns are behaviour quite rude and so expensive in food . please advice to provide hot water .
INThe property is located in an awsm location with great and very super views. I was staying in their presidential suit which it self is no less than heaven. The room the view the amenities etc etc everything was justtt awsmm. Its ovio if you are visiting it in December you will hav to face a bit of water problem as the temperature over their stays in minus 15-20 but their staff are always ready with the water nd in minutes they will be sending water if u need it. It was the best night of my whole trip with the Moustache Koksar Luxuria Team. ❤️❤️
AOININThe location was nice. In that remote situation they are trying to manage things. The staff is quite helpful. Jeevan and Rawat ji helped us a lot. Food was good. The weather was such a pleasure. I reached there around midnight and there was still staff there to help me out. The room was so clean and nice. The electric blanket and heater were keeping the room nice hot and cosy. Over all it was an average stay.
First they need to work on the service. We ordered food and made a continuous follow up for one hour then we received it. We ordered tea and we didn't even receive it till check out. Slow service can be manageable but no service and negligence is not acceptable. Secondly and most importantly, they don't have water in the rooms. They try to give the warm water in a bucket but you can imagine how much you can do with a bucket. Water is a basic necessity and they should work on that. Rest other things are ok.
INI liked the staff's behaviour and courtesy.. the location of this property was pretty awesome.
But such extreme weather conditions, staff should have the ability and facilities to cater the needs of guests and deal with problems faced by guests.
