Nice staff.

My room is a bit small but still ok. I had a big luggage and just ok to fully open it.

The staff was very kind and friendly. We appreciate them giving my child a small goodie bag with indoor shoes his size, showing us the closest parking available because our car was too big for their Carousell, their smiles every time the lift stops at Level 2. The room was so much bigger than the other hotels we stayed in. It was a funny mesh of hard bed and memory foam pillow. We liked the latter more than the former.

Omg. The smoke in the level 1 lift waiting area was so bad... we didn't even dare to go used the washing machine because it was on a smoking level. The ventilation in the toilet somehow has a smoke odour that would leak to the room when the toilet door is open. The smoke scent in the toiletries were not our favourite too.

The room was a bit cold, but nothing to worry about too much.

Very comfortable and a good location in Asahikawa. Enjoyed our stay!
