Good Villa for short term stay near the airport. Host was extremely polite and helpful. There is a nice balcony and amazing Italian restaurant nearby. Can get to airport by bus.

Perfect! Frederica is a warm, kind and wonderful host. Thank you! A very comfortable stay, a lovely balcony to sit and relax in the sun, and a very quiet nights sleep. So easy to get to the airport, car hire or Ostia Antica if you are a tourist.

Very hospitable and kind host. Very close to the airport. A 5 minute ride by car/ taxi. Bus to and from the airport is extremely cheap.

What a wonderful and peaceful place! Everything was clean and cozy - just perfect for a nice stay to calm down and recharge your energy after a big city trip to Rome. The host was so nice and helpful with everything, she even gave us some sweets as she welcomed us in person. Unfortunately we just stayed for only one night as we wanted to avoid the chaotic traffic in Rome on our last day but we'd definitely loved to come back again for a longer stay. Frederica even recommended us to try an awesome little restaurant nearby just a few steps away from the place - please have some dinner there! They make the best pasta in the world! It would be a shame to criticise here something. Everything was just perfect:)

Frederica and Gabrielle received me very well. I got from / to the airport with my luggage by bus without a problem and Frederica's tips helped it to be a very smooth trip. The bus station is a block away from the house and it is very doable even with luggage. The place is great with a nice balcony and a garden. There is a nice typical italian restaurant and a supermarket a minute away. I really liked the location close to the airport and with easy access by public transportation, that i had a place to sit outside and work and the communication with the host. I sometimes make long flight stops in Rome and would definetly stay there again.

I stayed for half a day, but i missed a kettle or a pot to heat water for a tea. If you plan to use the kitchen, there are no tools for cleaning the dishes and there are no toiletries apart for the hand soap. I didn't need those, but it would be missing if it was a longer stay. There is a supermarket nearby anyway.
