nice house with a balcony and many facilities, very close to fiumicino airport so perfect for overnight stays. the host is extremely available and kind and provides us with many useful advice.

I rented this based on the photos. This is half of what is shown in pictures (which are incorrect). There is a down stairs tenant which occupies some of the photos shown. You are not renting the entire space. there is a bed in the kitchen which isn’t shown on any of the pictures (and who would put a bed in a kitchen)? Locks broken or loose; outdated bathroom; trim which pulls away from the wall; run down or dirty; lack of written instructions including wifi, cookery, etc. The pictures are not accurate. It’s misleading to say it was self check-in and a 1 bedroom villetta. The listing or canned response thereafter should have been more accurate. It was not inviting, curated or really ready for business. The owner needs to put time and energy in making this worth the price they charged. I now understand better the 1 star review (which lacked detail) which is why i am writing this.
