Staffs are more friendly. Room was clean. They initiate refund when I have to cut short my travel due to business meet cancellation

The location was good

The staff was not helpful.Charged me 80 rupees extra with the reason no change n didnt even helpme to carry my bags.The staff that worked on 14th sept morning shift.
