parking facility could have had more space so that cars can take easy turns

Only the other receptionist was nice. But he seemed junior to the rude one.

Booked and only to realise that the hotel has cancelled my booking due to an unverifiable card. Once I updated the card the booking app showed it was confirmed and went in for check in. Was told there was no booking as mine was cancelled. It's such a strange thing. Never happened before.. The property kept asking to pay before arrival to secure booking although the booking said pay at the property. It didn't have any sign to find the name of the property. So when I arrived at the location I went around looking for a number and the property. Was told by a stranger to go inside a gate to find the hotel. Apparently the hotel policy seems different to booking.com policy. And the younger receptionist was rude and not even willing to find what happened and sort it out. He kept repeating cancelled like a robot. I felt no point in arguing with machines and glad I went for a better place.

Good clean rooms and space

The curtains in the bathroom were too long nd dirty.used tolitery kits were there when I checked in. The fan makes a lot of sound.

Breakfast spread could have been better if eggs were added as an option
