Las instalaciones limpias, los alrededores hermosos, la alberca y el yacusi techados y climatizados. Muy cerca de Huatusco, pueblo tradicional.

Tienen sala de juegos con billar y mesa de ping pong, pero cobran por todo y el precio no es tan barato.

Realmente el lugar está bonito y agradable, la atención de recepción fue muy buena, las instalaciones muy amplias,

No me gustó su servicio del desayuno, pague con desayuno incluido y no valió la pena ya que solo te dan un boleto y ese solo vale por unos huevos con frijoles, café, jugo o fruta pero muy básico y sin mucho sabor, el único mesero me atendió más o menos pero en general la atención fue buena

Los jardines, la alberca y la atención de todo el personal excelente

Porq el poco uso del hotel las orillas de toda la habitación no estaban tan limpias, la cortinas del baño tenía mucho moho
