There were many parts that were not at the level of a four-star hotel. A little above average but definitely not a 4-star hotel. There were good and bad points, read both of them. What was good : a good mattress and pillows. enough pillows. A good hot shower. The towels were alright but not the best. The installations were alright and maybe in good weather it will be fun to stay there.

The personnel on reception - kind but seemed not really interested in the guest comfort. We asked for a room with a king-size bed, and we had been told that there is not one available, even if the hotel was almost empty. At first we were offered a room on the first floor, even if the higher floors are with a better view and the hotel is almost empty. The first room smelled of mold and humidity. When we changed the room for one on the second floor, the small table in the room was dirty, as if someone had smoked there and left the ashes on the table. The towel in the bathroom was wrapped with a dirty thing, it's in the photos. it is all covered with mold spots and should not be on a clean towel. The room has lots of details to be changed as they are old. The contacts and switches next to beds are really old and for a change. The balcony has rusty spots. The TV is very small and doesn't really fit for a 4-star hotel. In the morning someone started nicking on the wall, it was 9 in the morning, doing some repairs on the wall. It is unacceptable to have that repairs in a four-star hotel that cares for the guest comfort. Even for a discounted price this is not more than a 3-star hotel with a good garden and facilities
