Will never book or refer anyone, the host kept harassing us about a party that we were not having the area isn't safe , I had my dad and husband escort my daughters to the room. She asked us to leave for no reason, then made me pay an extra $70 for 2 extra girls. When the site said sleep up to 4-6 ppl. She watches the ring camera excessively. I felt there was no privacy. I was afraid to bring in food because I didn't want her to tell us to leave and forfeit my $100 deposit. There are ppl hanging in the hallways smoking etc. Before I paid the money , I was trying to see the location, if I would have known that area, was close to where all the homeless and drug addicts be at , I would have never booked.

DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, AND ESPECIALLY DONT SEND ANY PAYMENTS ON PAYPAL OR OTHER EXTERNAL PAYMENT SYSTEMS. As other reviews point out the owner of the property will claim a damage that didn’t happens, and you will have no way of getting your money back. Go in an hotel, don’t do my mistake!!!

The apartment itself was clean and pleasant. The location is very convenient to City Museum - basically across the street.

The apartment parking and location instructions were very confusing and convoluted. The parking area was not secure as the gates didn't close but were left open 24/7. The building itself outside the apartment felt sketchy, and the elevator, while working, left us all feeling nervous. The main bed was fine but the roll out bed was very uncomfortable as was the couch. Walls were thin, as we learned while listening to a long shouting match going on next door. They required an additional deposit on top of the rental fee which they then did not return, claiming damage that I know was not present when we were checking out, though I'm sure they will claim otherwise. I very much wished I had just stayed at a hotel. It would have been more comfortable, felt much more safe, and ultimately cost less money. I thought I could disregard the other bad reviews, but this is one case where I wish I had stuck with my gut and gone elsewhere, don't make the same mistake as me.

Once I was able to get locate the front entrance check in/out was easy. The lady I called was very patient and understanding when I called upon arrival. Location from my event was good and within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Not knowing the area, following Google maps to the location I struggled finding the entrance and correct parking area at first. Location had multiple buildings/parking lots. I ended up called to have help. After phone call was made, getting in the building, getting key and parking pass and then reading the instructions given to me it made sense afterwards. Going back to photos of property posted on booking.com I was able to see the entrance to building but I would recommend sending photos of the building entrance and which entrance for parking are needed. More as a reminder where to go. I'm a visual person and once I visually saw where to go it was a breeze. Main parking gate was broken the whole time during my stay so I paid for parking when it wasn't needed initially. Only $2. Not gonna break me but initial instructions said to park on street. Initially felt a little uneasy because gate was broken during my stay as anyone could have parked and made way inside building through basement parking and used elevator inside building. My room worked well for my stay at the end of the day. However some simple maintenance would have been nice. One example is a new or cleaned shower head for better shower water pressure. The bathroom fan needs to be clean and light bulb replaced. The big windows closing properly. I could see attempts made to have a nice sealed around window but windows didn't fully close as some adjustments to the latches would do wonders and save on your heating cost. I sent photos of the trim around the island being broken or loose as soon as I got settled in so I would get my full security deposit back. Not deal breakers but giving feed back to make my rating a one step higher.

Although the room was well maintained the other areas of facility was not....and it through off the whole experience.....
