USThe apt was setup very nice
A bit of a maze to initially get to the apt, but once I figured it out, I was okay. Chose to use street parking right outside of the window, so the access code to get in and out of that door made movement in and out of the place MUCH easier. I'd rent again for sure!
USUSThe property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and super close to everything. We walked a lot of the time.
The ONLY thing we had an issue with is finding where the parking lot was. The gate that you use the garage opener for was not working so It threw us off a little.

Checking in and the entrance to get to the room is a little different but not terrible once you figure it out.

There were so many red flags from the property. First, I had to let them know my check in time, a picture of my ID and a deposit for 100 dollars via cashapp, Venmo, or PayPal before I was provided information regarding my stay. A little over an hour before my stay, I was made aware that the toilet seat was broken and the internet was down and that both issues wouldn’t be addressed until the next day. In which Taisha and the company would be by for the internet and maintenance would come by at some point to address the toilet seat. I was advised to be careful. How careful can you be with a toilet seat that’s taped with medical grade tape? These things won’t be resolved until halfway through my trip which wasn’t feasible for my family of 4 considering we would only be there for 3 days. It was the only restroom in the apartment. It took awhile to find the actual apartment and I had to call them to receive check in information. The automatic response was it was sent to you. If I called then I didn’t receive it. After we finally found the apartment, the place was cute. A little sketchy and definitely not a place where I would be comfortable. The decor is nice and the place was clean. But not the booking I chose either. I spoke with my family because not being able to use the restroom without having to use extreme caution and the inconvenience of not having internet were enough for me. The last icing on the cake for me was that I booked for space for 4 people. It’s advertised as sleeping 5 people. It includes a Queen bed, twin bed and sofa. It truly wouldn’t sleep 3 comfortably. There’s literally a folding bed in a closet. After addressing the toilet, internet and the living area and the bed in the closet it was not doable for my family. I reached out via text to the provider to see if they had any other apartments available and the lady said mhmm no. Less than 20 minutes of arriving I made the choice to remove my family from the site because safety is important to me.

The building! Sketchy! Very questionable. Odd smell. Random smells or messes through building. Complicated entry and long walk!
