Please note, the bedrooms with attached bathroom are located over four different buildings; the Main Building, Mill House and Jones Building. Please be aware that the rooms in the Main building are above the property's function suite and guests may experience some noise if a function is being held. Guests looking for a quiet stay should call the hotel to check which room they have been allocated. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Did not get to access the room. The details given to me by the staff to access the lock box were wrong. Noone answered the emergency phone number I was provided and refund has not been issued, even though I was told over the phone when I complained the next day thay this would be done. No answer to any of the emails I sent wither. Appalling service, would never recommend

The breakfast was disappointing, no offer of hot drinks apart from tea and black coffee, no toasts or biscuits, was expecting a continental breakfast but left disappointed.

Room was quite warm and the carpet not very comfortable.
