To collect the keys was very quick and easy, and the host was very welcoming and friendly

I didn't like the fact that the biometrics system of the building was so faulty, because I couldn't access their indoor facilities like the pool of gym. Which is very sad. So I didn't get the full glam of the place.

once we made it in 2h after arriving, the apartment is nice, however, not worth the effort

set up for checking in is unbearable, only 1 set of keys for a 2 bedrooms staff in charge of the place is useless Parking is not onsite , very badly indicated , took us 40 min to get there Cash deposit ! unacceptable in 2025, what do you do with 2000R as you're checking out ? Unsafe area of Cape Town, would not recommend for women on their own

Very spacious. Had everything we needed for the trip.

The light in the bathroom upstairs wasn’t working so I had to shower in the dark The lighting in the room upstairs wasn’t that great

We felt exceptionally safe in the building and Gabriel was so helpful, accommodating and friendly

That you couldn't open the window's in the apartment. but other than that - the place was perfect

It was so beautiful & well designed. With amazing art n furniture.
