We never even managed to check into the apartment as we never got send a qr code to scan at the security. They didn’t let us check in with the pin or confirmation code. Apparently that has happened before. The property manager zita wasn’t reachable, her phone was off and still is. We didn’t manage to reach someone on booking.com either. This was extremely inconvenient as we had no choice but to leave and book something else for the night. Please refund immediately. Thanks very much, Julia

This apartment was so awesome! It was clean and really unique, there was always something to look at and admire in there. It was furnished with great taste, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were good, and the separate laundry had a washing machine and dryer was great also. The Smeg appliances added a deluxe feel and we all really loved the vibe of the place. You felt safe as it was in an apartment complex and was great that we had a specific car bay to park our rental car. Close to the airport for checkout, and close to the waterfront and Table Mountain so you were very central.

You could hear a lot of noise from the street during the night, check in was too time consuming. We had to meet the host then go to security to provide all our details again and do fingerprints which is fantastic for security purposes however the system was not working so that made us anxious about coming and going when we needed too and after a long drive there we were all exhausted, we were annoyed at the time wasting as we had planned to do things that afternoon to maximize time there as it was a short stay. We also could not locate the pool that was in the photos. Finding the carpark was also initially difficult as it was a one-way street, even though we were provided an address to the parking lot google maps took us past it, perhaps providing some other landmarks would be more efficient. Luckily there was a man working at the traffic lights and he made all the cars reverse so we could get into the parking lot instead of having to do a lap around the block.

The locate was scary.
