Es war perfekt, beste Lage, super gemütlich und sehr sauber. Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt gar nicht.

Great views and visual amenity. Rooms are comfy, and has most requirements. Some parking. Overall location is good in between Queenstown and Frankton. Good sized kitchen and living - but not much places to sit.

Parking can be difficult - driveway is super steep so beware; I am lucky I had a 4WD hire car which helped getting up it. Being parked in and communication with fellow house guests (who come and go randomly) was the more difficult part. Not having a car would make this EXTREMELY difficult to get to - can be quite a walk to the bottom of the hill. Upstairs bedroom (with bathroom) is good but the bathroom is quite cramped (for a 6ft2 guy!)

Myself and the Girls were up from the South to celebrate my 30th birthday early. We are very simple all we needed was accommodation - we did use coffee cups and glasses from the kitchen to drink. other than this we did all our dining in the town centre. Would definitely book again just for the views alone! Parking is very very tight I was lucky to get in so was decided to leave the car there and we decided to get a taxi every time to travel to and from the town centre. Taxi will cost you no less than $35 and UBER no more than $30 we enjoyed our stay very much. Wishing the weather was better but that can't be helped. No complaints really. The Apartment was beautifully warm when we arrived late on the Friday night.

Just the view

The communication from the property was not clear. We are under the assumption that we book the entire place. The booking was just updated after we spoke to the staff. The room was really tiny and we have yo go out to use the toilet. The walls are thin and you can easily hear noise from other rooms and toilet. Wouldn’t recommend. Your money will be worth elsewhere.
