Great location.

Shared kitchen was dirty. Stove hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Cob webs on the ceiling and cupboard. Curtains were torn and see through. Filter above shower hasn't been cleaned.

It was comfortable. Common areas especially downstairs sitting area was dusty & table dirty. The breakfast was just cereal & toast ( same bread as when we arrived still in use 3 mornings later) milk long life. Place needs a women’s touch. Such has put cereals , tea , sugar etc in containers instead in their bags on bench. Not enough cups , plates & all miss matched. Lacking on presentation front. We had parking but went out & couldn’t get park back. Tried calling number we had but was wrong. Ended up parking on road in very very narrow st. Location is about 10 mins out of main centre so you have to drive in. Parking in centre very expensive & limited.

Location & views lovely. Good price. Bed comfortable. Lounge & dining area good.

Bathroom (especially shower) & kitchen not clean. No tea towels to dry dishes. Toast for breakfast was a small collection of crusts from previous loaves of bread. Lacks a little in presentation of food, tea & coffee, but adequate amount supplied. This area needs to be more professional.

I didn’t expect it to be a bed and breakfast, the photos and description was misleading, also wanted to leave early but was stuck due to another guest that had blocked me in

Two young very helpful hosts. Room fine with a view to die for. Bed-side lamps would be great, but I liked the European bedding/ doona. Self-help breakfast of cereals, coffee, tea, toast and jam in common room for all guests. Free parking on site.

While the two bachelors are doing their best, a woman’s touch would go a long way to complement the whole setup.
